| The Propane Emergency Bobtail course concentrates on the design and operation of the bobtail delevery systems.This course will also describe the construction features of the MC-331 tank used to transport Propane. |

| Product removal and transfer operations involve moving the contents from the damaged or overloaded cargo tank into a undamaged and compatatible receiving tank. While product removable and recovery issues varies from incident to incident, a understanding of the transferring of material is gained during this course. | |||||||||||||||||
